The only reason I say that about Kat is because the gif made of him there is a prime example of slowing something down to make it look like a lustful lingering once over when in the video it has context attached to it.

I cannot find the video that this gif was made from, so not much context to be had here from just this short gif. 

You certainly have a point here, and maybe I shouldn’t have used the term “once-over” because that always has a sexual connotation attached to it, but I don’t think that’s what is happening here either. He just looks at her, pretty much the same way he is often looking at other people. He has this thing where his focus on another person can be very intense for a moment, same as he will make steady eye contact when you talk to him. But you are right, he is not lingering on her. He looks down for a moment and then back up to her face. 

And you know what, we all do that with other people, countless times a day. We all give other people the “once-over”, but it’s far from always in an “undressing you with my eyes” sort of way. 

And even here:

Susanne is moving next to him and he was probably just looking what she was doing, you know, just a very quick glance without really looking at anything specific, without “checking” anything out. But that picture froze that tiniest of split seconds in time and now it looks like he’s checking out her cleavage. 

I don’t doubt that Tom does look. But I don’t understand why he has to be made into some creeper that cannot control himself enough and constantly stares at women’s boobs in public, on red carpets, in front of cameras. So yeah, I’m not on the Lewd!Tom train.
