It’s been much too long since we last featured some awesome banana art. Dutch artist Stephan Brusche refers to his awesome banana art creations as fruitdoodles, and they vary from playful transformations of the familiar yellow fruit into adorable animals and pop culture characters to impressive banana versions of famous works of fine art. This may be the first time we’ve ever seen Noah’s Ark or the Nativity depicted using bananas.
Brusche published a collection of his fruitdoodles as a book and a wall calendar. He also offers individual images as prints, t-shirts and more via Society6.
Visit Stephan Brusche’s website or Instagram feed to check out more of delightful banana art as well as his other artwork. You call also follow him right here on Tumblr at there-will-be-gnomes.
